I have the foils and a plastic clear brush but I don't know how to do it. Or how long to leave in it. Or if you can use color/bleachHow do you do highlights with foils with color/bleach?
You have to separate the hair into panels depending on how thick you want the streaks or chunks. Then you put the foil about a 1/4 in from the skull and put the bleach on, leave in depending on how blonde you want it. If it ends up being too blonde, you can put a toner in it to tone down the blonde.
