I honestly don't see a difference. But I would say the second picture is the picture you look the best in, so I'll go with that.
I would keep it natural.
I love your hair, and I don't think you should do anything to it. It's so natural and cute. Maybe a dark brown with some lighter highlights?
a few dark blonde/reddish streaks would look cute or maybe even a lighter brown
