I'm an african american girl with a light complexion. What color highlights or rinse would suit me?

I've had my hair highlighted once before and it was like a golden-bronze (?) looking color. I've also had my hair rinsed with a dark reddish-brown color, about 8 months ago. I liked both but I'm looking for something different. Any suggestions? I would like a light color, kinda like Beyonce's, just highlights though...I'm an african american girl with a light complexion. What color highlights or rinse would suit me?

I suggest the darkest golden blond and deep auburn highlights.(three colors including your own)


Go to a hair stylist that has a good reputation and knows how to proper highlight the hair, so that it all flows together nicely.


It will cost you a bundle but it will be worth the money and the effort.

warm caramel highlights. beyonce has a light complexion and has the same hair color and she looks gorgeous. i'm sure it'll look great on u too!
i think a strawberry blonde would work, it has a hue of red, but not so red where it would drown out your face.
